郭银峰;1949年生于甘肃庆阳。1968年参军，先后在西藏军区、成都军区、解放军西安第二炮兵工程学院、解放军西安政治学院工作，正团职，上校军衔。1994年转业后供职于陕西省人大办公厅，任厅级巡视员。郭银峰作品油画《放学以后》获1988年全国书画展一等奖。国画《黄河颂歌》获2002年韩国国际书画大赛最高奖“国际功勋奖”。国画《梅花寒香图》2009年获全国国画展一等奖。国画《我的同学》获2010年全国第十四届大地之歌书画展一等奖。2011年，郭银峰在北京人民大会堂举办个人书画展及高层艺术研讨书画作品展。2012年，郭银峰在法国卢浮宫举办书画展，受到国际友人高度评价。现为亚洲书画家协会副主席，胡润国际书画艺术鉴定中心副主席，全国书画艺术委员会副主席，中央美院客座教授，中国国家高级美术师，国家特级书法师，西北书画研究院院长，英国牛津艺术学院客座教授博士生导师，陕西省人民政府参事室文史馆研究员，亚洲博鳌艺术中心研究员。2021年分别被授予“祖国优秀艺术家”“书画艺术楷模”建党一百年被授予“德艺双馨人民艺术家”荣誉称号，“世界文化艺术形象大师”“中国国家艺术形象代表人物”“中国功勋人物”“一代艺术大师”等荣誉称号。2022年被特邀成为沈鹏书法艺术工作室专家组高级理事。重点推荐为“中国艺术大家”“人民书画家”“华夏儿女优秀艺术传承之星”“党旗下的艺术大家”称号。授予郭银峰“2023年度全球十大杰出风云”，“中国艺坛2023年度优秀艺术家”，“威尼斯双年展——特别推荐艺术家”，文化和旅游部授予“优秀书画导师”，“中国当代世界级艺术家”，“一带一路文化形象大使”“中国国礼特供艺术家”。

Guo Yinfeng; born in 1949 in Qingyang, Gansu Province. He joined the military in 1968 and worked successively in the Xizang Military Region, Chengdu Military Region, the Second Artillery Engineering College of the PLA in Xi ’an, and the Political College of the PLA in Xi’ an, holding the rank of colonel. After transferring to civilian service in 1994, he served as a department-level inspector in the General Office of the Shaanxi Provincial People’s Congress. Guo Yinfeng’s oil painting "After School" won the first prize at the 1988 National Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition. His Chinese painting "Ode to the Yellow River" received the highest award, the "International Merit Award," at the 2002 Korea International Calligraphy and Painting Competition. The Chinese painting "Plum Blossoms in Cold Fragrance" won the first prize at the 2009 National Chinese Painting Exhibition. The Chinese painting "My Classmate" won the first prize at the 14th National "Song of the Earth" Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition in 2010. In 2011, Guo Yinfeng held a personal calligraphy and painting exhibition and a high-level art seminar at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. In 2012, he held a calligraphy and painting exhibition at the Louvre in France, which was highly praised by international friends. He is currently the vice chairman of the Asian Calligraphers and Painters Association, the vice chairman of the Hurun International Calligraphy and Painting Art Authentication Center, the vice chairman of the National Calligraphy and Painting Art Committee, a visiting professor at the Central Academy of Fine Arts, a senior national artist of China, a national top-level calligrapher, the president of the Northwest Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute, a visiting professor and doctoral supervisor at the Oxford Art School in the UK, a researcher at the Shaanxi Provincial People’s Government Advisory Office’s Cultural and Historical Research Institute, and a researcher at the Boao Art Center in Asia. In 2021, he was awarded the titles of "Outstanding Artist of the Motherland" and "Model of Calligraphy and Painting Art." On the centenary of the founding of the Party, he was honored with the titles of "People’s Artist with Both Moral Integrity and Artistic Excellence," "Master of World Cultural and Artistic Image," "National Artistic Image Representative of China," "Meritorious Figure of China," and "Master of Art of a Generation." In 2022, he was specially invited to become a senior council member of the expert group of Shen Peng’s Calligraphy Art Studio. He was prominently recommended for the titles of "China Art Master", "People’s Calligrapher and Painter", "Outstanding Art Inheritor of Chinese Children", and "Art Master Under the Party Flag". Guo Yinfeng was awarded the titles of "2023 Global Top Ten Outstanding Figures", "China Art World 2023 Outstanding Artist", "Venice Biennale-Special Recommended Artist", "Outstanding Calligraphy and Painting Mentor" by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, "China Contemporary World-Class Artist", "Belt and Road Cultural Image Ambassador", and "China National Gift Special Artist".
