方绍明，男，1947年2月生，汉族，中共党员，山东省东平人。1968年至1973年在新疆马兰部队。自幼酷爱书法，尤其酷爱毛体书法，现是中国毛体书法家协会会员，中国诗书画家网艺术委员会副会长。2013年9月，书法作品毛泽东的“重阳”被“庆祝中华人民共和国澳门展暨毛泽东同志诞层120周年毛体书法澳门展”组委会收藏;2014年4月，书法作品毛泽东的“长征”、“六盘山”在CCTV数字电视书画频道迎新春美术作品展播节目中播出:2015年全国诗书画家创作年会，书法作品毛泽东的“清平乐”、“六盘山”荣获特等奖;2016年6月，第七届“羲之杯”全国诗书画家邀请赛中荣获一等奖;2016年7月，纪念孙中山先生诞辰150周年第四届“伟人颂、中国梦”全国诗文书画大赛中，书法作品毛泽东的“七律长征”诗一首荣获一等奖;2016年8月，“炎黄杯”国际诗书画印艺术大赛中，作品毛泽东的“重阳”荣获金奖;2016年9月，在“纪念红军长征胜利八十周年全国诗词书画摄影作品大赛”中，荣获金奖。2017年4月第四届“相约北京”全国文学艺术大赛荣获一等奖。2018年8月，在“纪念改革开放40年全国诗词书画摄影作品大赛“中荣获金奖，并被授予新时代人民艺术家荣誉称号。
Fang Shaoming, male, born in February 1947, Han ethnicity, a member of the Communist Party of China, from Dongping, Shandong Province. From 1968 to 1973, he served in the Malan unit in Xinjiang. He has been passionate about calligraphy since childhood, especially Mao-style calligraphy. He is currently a member of the China Mao-style Calligraphers Association and vice president of the Art Committee of the China Poetry, Calligraphy, and Painting Artists Network. In September 2013, his calligraphy work "Chongyang" by Mao Zedong was collected by the organizing committee of the "Celebration of the 120th Anniversary of the Birth of Comrade Mao Zedong and the Exhibition of Mao-style Calligraphy in Macao." In April 2014, his calligraphy works "Long March" and "Liupanshan" by Mao Zedong were broadcast on the CCTV Digital TV Calligraphy and Painting Channel’s New Year Art Exhibition Program. In 2015, at the National Poetry, Calligraphy, and Painting Artists Creation Annual Conference, his calligraphy works "Qingpingyue" and "Liupanshan" by Mao Zedong won the special prize. In June 2016, he won the first prize in the 7th "Xizhi Cup" National Poetry, Calligraphy, and Painting Artists Invitational Competition. In July 2016, at the 4th "Great Man Praise, China Dream" National Poetry, Prose, Calligraphy, and Painting Competition commemorating the 150th anniversary of Dr. Sun Yat-sen’s birth, his calligraphy work "Seven-character Verse Long March" by Mao Zedong won the first prize. In August 2016, his work "Chongyang" by Mao Zedong won the gold medal in the "Yanhuang Cup" International Poetry, Calligraphy, and Seal Art Competition. In September 2016, he won the gold medal in the "Commemoration of the 80th Anniversary of the Victory of the Red Army Long March National Poetry, Calligraphy, Painting, and Photography Competition." In April 2017, he won the first prize in the 4th "Meet in Beijing" National Literature and Art Competition. In August 2018, he was awarded the gold medal at the ’National Poetry, Calligraphy, Painting and Photography Competition Commemorating 40 Years of Reform and Opening-up’ and honored with the title of ’People’s Artist of the New Era’.
