司徒惠霞，中国画家。现为《文化强国栏目首批高级智库高级研究员，中企报盟(北京)信息科学研究院副院长中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会委员，华夏国艺书画艺术中心副主任，中国书画院院聘画家，香港文联美术家协会理事。生于广东开平，一个融合中西文化风围的碉楼之乡--古镇格，具有浓郁艺术氛赤坎。
Situ Huixia, a Chinese painter, is currently a senior researcher of the first batch of senior think tanks for the Cultural Power column, Vice President of China Enterprise News Alliance (Beijing) Information Science Research Institute, Member of the Working Committee for New Literary and Art Circles Calligraphers and Painters of China Calligraphers and Painters Association, Deputy Director of Huaxia National Art Calligraphy and Painting Art Center, appointed painter of China Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, and Director of the Artists Association of Hong Kong Federation of Literary and Art Circles.
Born in Kaiping, Guangdong, she hails from Chikan Ancient Town, a hometown of watchtowers that blends Chinese and Western cultural styles and boasts a strong artistic atmosphere.
